You may encounter issues with scheduling issues, reliability and consistency.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your cleaning service from Interbright Home. If you are not happy with any element of your cleaning for any reason, let us know within 24 hours and we will return and rectify any issues at no cost.
No quality control? You will be responsible for correcting the cleaners work if there is no satisfaction guarantee.
The aim of the service is for you to get the clean you WANT so while we have a checklist this is not a rigid work format. We will work to what you want to achieve on the day as long as it is within our health and safety guidelines. We believe that flexibility is key for customer satisfaction.
Is your cleaner going to rigidly stick to a cleaning schedule that doesn’t allow for any flexibility/ changes of needs you may have? We have heard this issue from many customers so when you are seeking your cleaner, always check out this point with them.
You are provided with a checklist of all the areas we cover during the clean. This means we have a reminder and so do you of what needs to be covered. Quality control is key.
Did you get a checklist from your cleaner? Standards may vary without a checklist and things may get missed. No quality control.
We use colour coded cloths to ensure there is no cross contamination between bathrooms and other rooms of the house.
Many cleaners are not trained in health and safety principles and so may not have an understanding of cross contamination.
All staff have DBS checks completed, ensuring safety for you and your home.
If you are looking for a cleaner, make sure they have a DBS check so you have peace of mind that the person in your home is safe. If the cleaner cannot produce their DBS for you to check it …AVOID !
Cleaning supplies are supplied by us and are low odour and environmentally better for use where possible. No harsh chemicals are used. We will discuss this with you to ensure we are using the right products for your home.
You may be asked to provide products or harsh chemicals may be used that could cause damage.
We are fully insured up to £1,000,000.
If your cleaner is not insured, you may have to foot the bill for any damage. Your cleaner should volunteer the documents for you to check/evidence them prior to engaging their services.

If you are looking for cleaners, make sure they are registered with HMRC as some cleaners work ‘off the books’ for cash which is not a reliable source of cleaning for your home and could pose a risk.
